The present conditions are subject to French legislation.

Prices

All indicated prices are in Euro. They are indicated untaxed. The French value-added tax (VAT) is 19,60 %. All modification of the legal value-added tax is immediately respected.

If you are an EU-customer, please specify wether you have a value-added tax identification number (VAT ID) or not. If you have a VAT ID, you do not have to pay the French VAT. If you do not have a VAT ID or if you do not indicate your VAT ID on your order, we are legally bound by EU tax laws to add the French value-added tax, currently 19,60 %.
This regulation only applies to customers from the following countries of the European community :

Exports to other countries are not subject to the value-added tax.

France :

- Colissimo suivi 48 h. Your order will be delivered to the indicated adress with "Colissimo suivi".
- If your order is urgent we deliver within 24 h with "Messagerie express to the indicated adress.

Europe & International:

- Colissimo suivi Europe : 4 to 5 days

- Colissimo suivi International: 5 to 10 days

We can send your order to Europe & International with "Messagerie Express". Please contact us for the shipping costs.

Methods of payment

Payment with a credit card (Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express) is the most advantageous and least complicated method of payment.
We also accept payments by bank transfer or cheque.

Terms of payment

When the order is placed if you pay with credit card.
At the reception of your invoice if you pay by bank transfer or cheque. The date of payment will be mentionned on your invoice.

Overdue accounts

Please pay on time. Reminders generate high administration costs to us.

Partial shipments

We reserve the right to make partial shipments when a certain item is out of stock if this serves to expedite processing of the order. Partial shipments are subject to our terms of payment.

 Reservation of delivery

We reserve the right to cancel a delivery, partially or in full, due to unforeseen circumstances such as strike, war, fire, natural disasters, traffic delays etc.

Liability for material defects

In case there is a material defect, the customer has the right to demand either refunding of the purchase price of the defect item or replacement of the faulty material by new material free of any defect.

Reservation of property rights

All delivered goods remain the property of Strati-Concept Sarl until all due payments resulting from our association with the buyer are made full (if cheques are given as payment until they have cleared). Before goods are paid in full they may be disposed of only in the proper course of business. They may not be transferred to third parties or given as security until they are paid in full.

Data storage

Customer data is stored and used in accordance to the french law of January 06, 1978 "Informatique et liberté" (Article 27).
This law reserves you the right to modify, to correct or to delete the data concerning your person. If you want to claim this right, please send your written demand to Strati-Concept Sarl, Crinquellic 29180 GUENGAT France.

Place of jurisdiction

In the case of lawsuit we will try to find an amicable solution before going to court. If this is not possible, the competent court of jurisdiction of Strati-Concept Sarl is the place of jurisdiction. International mercantile laws are not applicable.
